Cold Caller / Appointment Setter for Clinics (English) | 800 USD/month + Bonus

Hi! I'm William, founder of VisualFlow, a software company based in Miami. We build small clinics a website with online booking and a simple system that keeps track of every client and follows up for them. We're growing fast, and I'm looking for the first cold caller who grows with us.

I want a machine on the phone 💪 Someone with real energy, who loves talking to people, doesn't get shaken by a "no", and gets excited when the calendar fills up. If you've ever finished a shift and thought "I could have booked more," this is for you.

THE JOB
You call clinic owners and book them into a 15-minute call with me. You don't sell and you never quote prices. You start a real conversation, find out how new clients book with them, and book the call. I take it from there.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Make 150 to 200 calls a day from our CRM dialer, with a script I give you and train you on personally
• Read the short note we prepare on each clinic before you dial
• Have short, friendly, confident conversations with clinic owners
• Book interested owners into my calendar
• Log every call and note in the CRM
• A 10-minute check-in every day in week 1, then one 30-minute call a week where we listen to your calls and level you up

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Great energy. People can hear your smile on the phone.
• Clear, confident, natural English. Non-negotiable.
• Cold calling or appointment setting experience, ideally calling North American businesses
• Hungry to grow, and you take feedback and use it the same day
• Quiet room, good headset, stable internet, backup power
• Available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time (night shift in the Philippines)

PAY AND GROWTH

• 800 USD per month, paid weekly every Friday (about 185 USD per week)
• 10 USD bonus for every booked call that shows up, no cap
• 50 USD bonus for every clinic that becomes a client from your calls, no cap
• If you perform, your pay goes up as the results come in
• The best performer becomes the one who trains the next callers

HOW THE FIRST MONTH WORKS
The first month is a paid trial. You're paid every Friday for that week's hours. Every Friday we review your numbers and calls together, and either of us can end it at the end of any week. Hit the targets and the role becomes permanent after the first month, with a raise.

HOW TO APPLY
1. Record a short video (Loom, or a Google Drive link), face on camera, max 90 seconds:

• First, read this as if you were on a real call: "Hi, is this Sarah? Hi Sarah, this is [your name] from VisualFlow. I'll be quick, I know you're between clients. I tried to book with you online last night and couldn't find a way to do it. Can I ask, when someone finds you on Google at 9pm, how do they usually book with you?"
• Then, in your own words and without a script, tell me about the best appointment you ever booked on a cold call.

2. In 3 lines, tell me your cold calling experience: who you called, how many calls a day, and what you booked.
