About the Role

Department: Quality Control, Delivery & Operations
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM Arizona Time (10:00 PM to 5:00 AM Philippine Time), plus a short Saturday delivery shift from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM Arizona Time (10:00 PM to 12:00 AM Philippine Time), 37 hours per week. Arizona does not observe daylight saving time, so this schedule never shifts in Philippine Time. Your hours stay the same all year.
Compensation: $4 USD/hour (about $640 USD/month) during the first 30 days of paid training; $5 USD/hour (about $800 USD/month) after successful training. Paid weekly through Wise, with opportunities for performance bonuses, raises, and long-term growth.
Paid Time Off: 6 paid holidays per year (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Good Friday, and All Saints' Day/Undas), plus 5 paid days off per year after your first 90 days, scheduled with at least 2 weeks' notice.
Location: Remote / Work from Home
Type: Long-Term, Full-Time
Company: Alpine Property Media
About Alpine Property Media
Alpine Property Media is a growing, founder-led real estate media company serving Flagstaff, Sedona, and the Verde Valley in northern Arizona. We create listing photography, cinematic listing video, drone photo and video, floor plans, Zillow 3D tours, virtual twilight photos, and social media reels that help real estate agents market their listings with confidence. We promise next-morning delivery, so photos from each shoot reach the client the following morning, Arizona Time. Our goal is simple: make every listing worth stopping for.
We are a small company entering our next stage of growth, and this will be our first operations hire. You will work directly with Joel, the founder and lead photographer, to protect the quality of our work, simplify the client experience, and build repeatable systems as the company grows.
Our values guide how we work:

  • Creative Excellence: We care about the details and take pride in work that feels intentional.
  • Ownership: We follow through, communicate early, and do not wait for someone else to solve a problem.
  • Consistency: Clients should receive the same high standard every time.
  • Trust: We are honest, dependable, and careful with client work.
  • Leadership: We look for solutions, improve systems, and help the people around us succeed.
  • Freedom: We build systems that create more freedom for our clients, our team, and the company.

The Role
Your first responsibilities will be quality control and media delivery, covering client phone calls, texts, and email s during your shift, and handling booking and order changes in Spiro. We are not hiring someone to do everything on day one. You will first learn our standards, our services, and our delivery process. Once you can consistently protect the client experience without constant supervision, you will gradually take on calendar management, project coordination, outreach support, and other administrative responsibilities.
This role is for someone who wants to become a trusted long-term teammate, not someone looking for random tasks or short-term freelance work.
What You'll Own First
Quality Control & Media Delivery

  • Review real estate photo galleries, videos, floor plans, 3D tours, and supporting assets against our QC checklists before anything reaches a client.
  • Catch issues with color, exposure, straight verticals, window views, crops, reflections, object removal, branding, file order, links, and missing deliverables.
  • Re-edit photos in AutoHDR when needed, including virtual twilights, map pins, and lot lines.
  • Review finished listing videos from our video editor and send clear revision notes when an edit needs to be redone.
  • Confirm that every client receives the correct package, files, links, permissions, and delivery message.
  • Download, upload, name, organize, and archive files across Google Drive, Dropbox, Spiro, and our delivery systems.
  • Deliver completed media by 12:00 PM Arizona Time on weekdays, and alert Joel by 11:00 AM if any job is at risk of running late. On Saturdays, deliver Friday's jobs by the end of your shift and alert Joel right away if one won't make it.
  • Track revision requests from start to finish so nothing gets lost or left incomplete.

Client Communication & Bookings

  • Answer client phone calls, texts, and email s through Quo and Gmail during your shift, and route anything you can't resolve to Joel.
  • Make booking and order changes in Spiro, including property details, access instructions, and service selections.
  • Send clear confirmations, status updates, delivery follow-ups, and revision messages.

What We Expect You To Grow Into
Coordination & Records

  • Manage the booking calendar and keep property information and deadlines organized.
  • Coordinate with Joel and our video editor, consolidate revision notes, and keep projects moving.
  • Keep client records, deadlines, and project details accurate and current in our CRM.

Social Media & Administrative Support

  • Help organize and schedule social media content, Canva assets, testimonials, and finished project highlights.
  • Support Instagram engagement and outreach using our relationship-first approach: personal, thoughtful, and never spammy.
  • Turn voice notes, call summaries, and ideas into organized tasks, follow-ups, or CRM updates.
  • Document repeatable processes and improve SOPs as you learn the role.
  • Take on additional high-impact administrative work as trust, skill, and responsibility grow.

What Success Looks Like

  • Media is delivered correctly, on time, and at the quality level promised to the client.
  • Preventable mistakes are caught before a client sees them.
  • Client calls, texts, and email s are answered promptly and professionally.
  • Files, tasks, revision notes, calendars, and client records stay clean and current.
  • Problems are communicated early with a proposed solution, not hidden until they become urgent.
  • You become more independent over time and help make the process better, not just busier.

What We're Looking For
Required

  • Strong written and spoken English, with a professional but friendly communication style, and comfort speaking with US clients by phone.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the patience to review creative work carefully.
  • Dependability during the stated Arizona Time schedule. Morning delivery coverage is a core part of this role.
  • A stable internet connection with at least 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload, plus a backup plan for power or internet outages.
  • A reliable computer capable of reviewing high-resolution photos and video. Windows is required because IrfanView, one of the photo tools in our workflow, only runs on Windows.
  • Comfort using Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, cloud storage, and task-management systems.
  • The ability to follow a checklist, take useful notes, ask questions early, and accept direct feedback without becoming defensive.
  • A proactive mindset: if you notice a mistake, delay, or unclear instruction, you speak up and help solve it.

Preferred Experience

  • Photo editing experience, especially AutoHDR, Lightroom, Photoshop, or real estate photo editing such as virtual twilights, object removal, and color correction.
  • Real estate media, photography, video production, creative quality control, or post-production.
  • Client support by phone, scheduling, project coordination, or administrative operations.
  • Spiro, Quo, Dropbox, CubiCasa, Imagen AI, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Creating process documentation or helping a small business improve its systems.

What It's Like to Work With Me
I'm Joel, and I founded Alpine Property Media. I'm creative, relationship-driven, and deeply invested in the client experience. I move quickly, manage multiple projects, and care about doing work the right way. I will give you training, checklists, examples, and direct feedback. I don't expect you to know everything on day one, but I do expect you to take notes, communicate honestly, and improve with repetition.
This is still a growing small business, so some systems are being built as we go. If you need a perfectly finished corporate environment with every answer already written down, this will not be the right fit. If you enjoy creating order, improving processes, and growing with a company from an early stage, you may thrive here.
Why Join Alpine Property Media

  • Become the first operations teammate and make a visible impact on how the company grows.
  • Work directly with the founder and learn the real estate media business from the inside.
  • Do creative, meaningful work for real estate agents and the homes they represent.
  • Enjoy a stable schedule that never changes with daylight saving time.
  • Receive structured training, regular feedback, weekly pay, paid holidays and time off, and opportunities to earn more responsibility.
  • Grow toward a future Operations Lead or VA Team Lead position as the company adds more team members.
