NOW HIRING: GRAPHIC DESIGNER / CREATIVE VA

I’m looking for a creative, reliable Graphic Designer/Virtual Assistant to help bring my brands to life visually.

This is NOT an admin VA position. I’m specifically looking for someone who has a strong eye for branding, aesthetics, and design and can take an idea or direction and turn it into a beautiful, polished graphic.

WHAT YOU’LL BE CREATING:

• Instagram feed graphics & carousels
• Instagram Story graphics
• Promotional flyers
• Class/event graphics
• Educational graphics
• Service & product promotions
• Email/website graphics when needed
• Branded templates that can be reused

WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR:

Strong Canva skills
A modern, feminine & elevated design style
Clean, professional designs that don’t look overly AI-generated
Strong understanding of fonts, spacing, colors & visual hierarchy
Ability to follow an established brand identity
Someone who can be creative without needing every tiny detail explained
Great communication & ability to meet deadlines
Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions
Able to keep graphics cohesive across multiple platforms

BONUS:

• Reel/video editing
• Social media experience
• Beauty/wellness industry experience
• Experience creating graphics for service-based businesses

I own multiple brands, so there is potential for consistent, long-term work for the right person.

IMPORTANT: I’m looking for someone who can understand the FEEL of a brand—not just place text on a Canva template. I want designs that feel intentional, current, polished, and customized to the brand.
