TL;DR
Role: Instagram DM Setter
Pay: $500 USD base per month, plus commission. Total pay (OTE) is $3,000 to $4,000 USD per month.

Leads: Inbound only. People message us first. You never cold-DM strangers.
Speed: You reply to every lead in under 10 minutes. 3 to 4 minutes is normal for us.
Tracking: We do not screenshot your computer. We only care about your results.

WHAT IS THIS JOB? (READ THIS FIRST)

We are an education company. We teach people how to start an online drop shipping business.

We run one of the biggest drop shipping programs in all of Asia and Singapore.

People see our content and message us on Instagram. They are already interested. Your job is to talk to them, find out if they are a good fit, and book them a call with one of our closers.

This is not cold outreach. You are not chasing strangers. Every person you talk to put their hand up first.

Nobody here will babysit you. We do not track your hours. We do not record your screen.

We will teach you everything. Every person on this team is a player, and we expect you to play like one.

If you are sick, rest. We do not expect you to work sick. But if you are "sick" 3 days every week, we cannot keep working with you.

We treat you like an adult. Act like one.

THE SCHEDULE

10:00 AM to 8:00 PM GMT+8, 7 days a week.

This is an all-day job. Leads come in all day, so there is always someone to talk to. You will be sending messages every 10 to 15 minutes, every hour of your shift.

WHAT YOU WILL DO (THE DAILY WORK)

• Reply Fast: When a lead messages us, you reply in under 10 minutes.
• Qualify: You ask the right questions to find out if this person is serious and ready.
• Book Calls: When they are a fit, you book them a call with a closer.
• Update The CRM: You log every conversation in GoHighLevel. If it is not in the CRM, it did not happen.
• Follow Up: You check back with leads who go quiet.

THE MONEY

Base Pay: $500 USD per month.

Commission: You earn commission on the sales that come from the calls you book.

Total Pay (OTE): $3,000 to $4,000 USD per month. That is around 170,000 to 230,000 pesos every month.

The more good calls you book, the more you make.
