Real Estate Media Quality Control and Operations

SnapHomes Media is a real estate photography company in Nashville, Tennessee. We shoot about 7-18 homes a week and we’re growing. I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented part-time assistant to quality check our edited photos and deliver them to agents the same day, so I can spend my time shooting and meeting new agents.

Hours and pay: Part-time, fixed monthly pay of $252, paid on the same date each month. Hours are flexible, usually 10-20 a week depending on how many shoots we have. You must be available for about 4 hours, 4 days a week, from roughly 5 PM to 9 PM US Central time (morning in the Philippines). Photos uploaded by 5 PM Central must be delivered by 9 PM Central the same day. Shoots finished after 5 PM are delivered the next morning. You’re free to take on other clients as long as this window is covered. A raise and more work are possible after a successful 3-month trial, and as we grow.

What you’ll do:

Upload new shoots to Fotello and download the edited photos.
Check each set against our quality checklist: straight lines, consistent color and brightness, clean windows and skies, no stray objects, the right number of photos, and no changes to the actual property. Correct anything that needs to be adjusted.
Deliver finished photos to agents through our delivery platform on the same day and confirm they received them.
Follow up with agents after delivery, including asking for reviews, sending referral codes, and also handle email marketing.
On slower days, research agents with active listings, keep lead lists, and track our offers in a spreadsheet.

You should have:

A sharp eye for photo quality. Experience with real estate photography or Lightroom is a big plus.
Clear written English and fast replies, since you’ll be messaging agents and my team.
Comfort with Google Drive and learning new tools.
A computer and a stable internet connection.
Availability from 5 PM to 9 PM US Central time (Philippine morning).
