**Salary: US $1,200 per month

Paid weekly + 13th-month pay

About the Role

We are an Australian electrical business specializing in EV charger installations, home battery storage/solar installations, and wall-split air conditioning systems.

We're looking for an experienced, organized and customer-focused Sales & Quoting Coordinator to join our remote team.

Previous experience working with Australian businesses, particularly in the solar and battery industry, is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries through WhatsApp, email , Facebook and Instagram, with phone calls introduced over time.
• Communicate professionally with Australian customers.
• Gather electricity bills, photos and other information required for quotations.
• Prepare accurate quotes using our established price lists.
• Follow up enquiries and outstanding quotes.
• Record and track leads using Tradify.
• Work closely with our existing VA (who is also in the Philippines) who handles administration and sends the completed quotes to customers.

Training & Support

You will receive training on our systems, pricing and procedures. Our existing VA will help you learn how we operate, and there will be plenty of time to become comfortable with the role.

You will not be thrown in at the deep end. Any complex technical questions or quotes outside our standard pricing will be referred to the Operations Manager for guidance.

Requirements

• Experience working with Australian solar and battery businesses.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience with quoting, sales support or customer enquiries.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical skills.
• Reliable internet and ability to work Perth business hours.

Sales Ownership & Responsibilities

You will take ownership of incoming leads from the first enquiry through to a booked job. This includes qualifying customers, gathering job information, preparing quotes using our established price lists, following up proactively and converting opportunities into sales.
