We’re a fast-growing DTC wellness brand looking for someone to own our TikTok Shop affiliate program, from recruiting creators to getting them posting and selling.

What you’ll do:
Find, recruit, and onboard TikTok Shop affiliate creators
Be creators’ main point of contact: briefs, samples, follow-ups, payouts
Coach creators on hooks, angles, and formats so their content sells
Review creator content and give clear, actionable feedback
Build lasting relationships that turn one-off posts into repeat content
Track GMV, posting rates, and creator performance, and report weekly

Must-haves:
2+ years managing TikTok Shop affiliates
2+ years working directly with creators or influencers
Proven experience giving creators creative strategy advice that leads to high-performing content
Excellent written and verbal communication: fast, clear, friendly, and organized
Comfortable managing 100+ creator conversations at once

Nice to have:
Experience with beauty, wellness, or skincare brands
Familiar with creator CRMs and outreach tools
Familiar with ---------- community management
