SSDI/SSI Intake Specialist (1+ yr SSD experience required)

OneAdvocate (oneadvocate.co) helps people apply for Social Security Disability benefits (SSDI and SSI). We work with partner law firms and are growing fast. We're hiring a full-time Intake Specialist to call new leads, screen their cases, and move qualified claimants forward.

SCHEDULE
Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm US Eastern Time (night shift in the Philippines), 40 hours/week

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Call new leads within minutes of their inquiry, and follow up with leads you didn't reach
• Run intake screenings: work history, medical conditions, treatment, prior SSA applications and current claim status
• Judge whether a lead likely qualifies, and flag anything that strengthens or weakens the case
• Document every call clearly in our CRM (Salesforce)
• Hand qualified leads off for a consultation with a partner law firm

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 year of SSDI/SSI intake experience (2-3+ years strongly preferred)
• Solid understanding of how SSA evaluates disability claims
• Clear, confident spoken English and a calm, empathetic phone manner
• Comfortable with sensitive personal and medical information, handled confidentially
• Reliable laptop, stable internet, a headset, and a quiet workspace

PAY
$1,000-1,500/month plus a performance-based bonus. The top of the range is for candidates who can run a call independently and use real judgment about a case, not just read a script.
