You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal:

Which DTC brands have you recruited for in-house, what was their approximate revenue stage, and can you share their websites so we can take a look?
Across your DTC experience, what types of roles have you personally hired for? Walk me through the full range.
How many requisitions were you personally carrying at your busiest, what functions did they span, and how did you prioritize when everything was urgent?
Say we need a senior media buyer with DTC supplement experience. Walk me through exactly how you’d find that person on LinkedIn — how do you identify the right competitors, find the people inside them, and get them to respond?
When you’ve joined a growing company, what’s the first thing you’ve done to get recruiting and onboarding infrastructure in order — and how did you d ---------- what to prioritize?
