Full Time Job Application VA Assistant

About the role
I'm a QA Automation engineer looking for a reliable full time VA to help me find and apply to remote QA Automation jobs. You'll be my right hand for the job search, and I'll train you on exactly how I like things done.

What you'll do

• Search LinkedIn, Indeed, Wellfound, Dice, and similar boards every day for fully remote QA Automation, SDET, and Test Automation roles
• Check each posting against my criteria before applying
• Submit tailored applications using my résumé and cover letter templates
• Fill out application forms and screening questions carefully
• Track every application in a shared spreadsheet with the company, role, link, date, and status
• Flag recruiter replies and interview invites to me right away

What I'm looking for

• Strong written English
• Very detail oriented, since one wrong field can sink an application
• Comfortable with job boards and online application forms
• Experience applying to jobs for a client is a big plus
• Basic understanding of tech job titles is helpful but not required
• Reliable internet and availability that overlaps with US Eastern hours

Schedule and pay
Full time, 40 hours a week. Pay is $350 to $400 USD per month depending on experience, paid monthly, with raises for strong performance.

Bonus: you get a $150 bonus for every role I land from an application you submitted.
