About the Role

We're a fast-growing DTC health supplement company running several brands. We spend around $70K per day on Meta across multiple ad accounts, and our creative team (strategists, video editors, static designers) ships 100+ new creative batches every week. Our goal for next year is $100M in revenue, and fast, accurate ad launching is one of the engines behind it.
We already have one Junior Media Buyer and a Senior Media Buyer. Creative volume has grown so fast that we need a second launcher to keep the queue clear every day.
The role
You turn finished creatives into live ads. Strategists hand over batches in Notion, you build and launch them in our Meta ad accounts using Adnova, and the Senior Media Buyer reviews what you staged. On a normal day that means 50–120 ads launched across several ad accounts, with zero mistakes in naming, landing pages or copy.
You report to the Senior Media Buyer and work closely with our Operations Manager and Creative Strategists.
What you'll do
Launch ads every day

  • Pick up every batch marked "Ready to Launch" in Notion and clear the queue before the end of your shift
  • Launch in the priority order set by the Senior Media Buyer: usually winners first, then seasonal/promo batches, then new test batches
  • Build ads in Adnova in the right ad account, campaign and ad set, starting from our template ad sets
  • Follow our naming convention exactly (ad set number, product/angle, format, date) so reporting stays clean
  • Attach the correct primary text, headline, description and Facebook Page to every ad, and stay within the ad limit per Page
  • Pick the right landing page for each ad based on product, brand and awareness level (advertorial for unaware/problem/solution aware, product page for product/most aware, language-specific pages for e.g. Spanish ads)
  • Switch ad sets on and double-check budgets, campaign type (CBO) and settings before you sign off

Move and re-stage winners

  • Duplicate winning ads into other ad accounts using post IDs, so we keep their social proof
  • Help migrate campaigns quickly when an ad account or page gets restricted, so spend doesn't drop

Quality-check every brief before it goes live

  • Check each Notion card is complete: creative files, ad copy, headline, Page and landing page
  • Flag missing items to the right strategist straight away in our launch channel
  • When a deadline is tight, solve it yourself: use the winner's original copy or our approved fallback copy for that product and awareness level, and keep moving

Report and communicate

  • Send an end-of-day report: ads launched per ad account, total launched, remaining backlog, and the list of staged ad sets for review
  • Flag blockers early and tag the right people in one message so decisions happen fast

Spot problems in the accounts

  • Recognise and escalate Adnova and Meta errors (account authentication, terms that need accepting, disapproved ads, page limits)
  • Know the basic workarounds in Ads Manager so a single error doesn't stop the whole launch

Big promo pushes

  • Launch time-sensitive campaigns like Prime Day, Halloween and Black Friday on tight deadlines
  • Be available for a few extra hours (sometimes on a Saturday) around these key moments

What we're looking for

  • 1+ year hands-on experience launching ads in Meta Ads Manager at volume
  • Experience with Adnova (or a similar bulk ad-launching tool). Adnova is a big plus
  • Extremely detail-oriented: you get naming, links and copy right the first time
  • Solution-oriented: when something is missing, you find the answer instead of waiting
  • Comfortable working from Notion boards and communicating in Slack
  • Clear written English
  • Comfortable using AI tools (like Claude) to work faster
  • Reliable and available for a full shift that overlaps with US hours

Nice to have

  • Experience in DTC supplements or health, and an understanding of Meta's health-claim policies
  • Experience working across multiple Business Managers and ad accounts
  • Familiarity with Triple Whale or similar attribution tools

What we offer

  • Fully remote, ~8 hours per day, weekends off (except occasional promo pushes)
  • Compensation: [fill in monthly rate], paid twice a month
  • A front-row seat in a team spending $2M+ per month on Meta, with room to grow into a full media buyer role
  • Direct access to the Senior Media Buyer and founder: fast answers, no corporate layers

How to apply
Send us:

  • Your CV or LinkedIn
  • A short Loom (2–3 minutes) answering: "A batch of 20 ads is due live tonight for a sale, but 6 of them are missing a headline and the strategist is offline. What do you do?"
  • Your experience with Adnova or other bulk-launch tools, and roughly how many ads per day you've launched

Please start your application with the words "Launch Ready" so we know you read the full post.
