Video Editor

We are looking for an experienced video editor to work on documentary-style videos. The ideal candidate understands documentary storytelling, knows how to build engaging narratives, maintain audience attention, and produce high-quality, professional videos around 20–30 minutes long.

Responsibilities:

• Edit long-form videos in a documentary style.
• Build compelling narratives using footage, music, and sound effects.
• Maintain engaging pacing and create the right atmosphere.
• Follow the provided references and maintain a consistent visual style.
• Implement feedback and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• Experience editing documentaries or storytelling-focused content.
• Strong understanding of documentary editing and narrative structure.
• Good skills in sound design, music selection, and visual effects.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Attention to detail, independence, and willingness to incorporate feedback.

Work format: Remote, part-time.

Payment: $40 per video (approximately 20–30 minutes long).
