HOW TO APPLY (Required):
1. Start your application with "Kanemitsu is Amazing!" so we know you read this far - This should be appended in the TITLE ONLY.
2. Answer in 5 sentences or less: a store gets 3% add-to-cart but only 0.8% purchase. Walk through your diagnosis: what do you look at, in what order?
3. Include your relevant experience.
4. Share a bit more about your hands-on experience with CRO and A/B testing - specifically, I'd like to hear about a real test you managed—what variant won, what lost, and what key takeaway or hypothesis drove those results.
5. READ THE WAGE/SALARY before you apply to avoid confusion.
Shortlisted candidates will complete a PAID test before any interview. The test is the interview.
Detail is very important. Applications with missing details will be ignored and again, please those with experience only and should be able to do it without assistance and be able to successfully optimize the assigned stores. If you don't hear from me, means you didn't follow instruction.
