Content Curator & Video Editor

About us

Cong Caphe brings Vietnamese coffee culture to Canada through our growing network of cafés. We’re looking for a Content Curator & Video Editor who can turn everyday café footage into engaging social media content.

You’ll work closely with our Social Media Manager & Content Coordinator to select strong visuals, edit videos, and build a well-organized library of content featuring our drinks, food, spaces, people, and Vietnamese coffee culture.

What you’ll do

Edit short-form videos

• Turn supplied footage into engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks, and Facebook videos
• Create strong opening hooks, clear storytelling, and effective pacing.
• Add captions, sound, transitions, and graphics that suit our brand.
• Adjust colour, lighting, and audio for a consistent, polished finish.
• Adapt approved content into different lengths and formats for each platform.

Curate content and develop ideas

• Review raw photos and videos, selecting the strongest material for upcoming content.
• Research relevant food, coffee, hospitality, and lifestyle trends.
• Suggest video concepts and explain how they could work for Cong Caphe.
• Identify customer-created content for potential sharing and flag permission requirements.
• Provide reference videos and clear shot suggestions to help store teams capture better footage.

Prepare visual assets

• Edit and resize photos for social media.
• Create simple graphics, carousel posts, Stories, and video covers using established brand guidelines.
• Keep text readable, captions accurate, and visual styling consistent.
• Use music and other assets cleared for the intended business use.
