ABOUT US
We're Jack2 Media — a UK-based Amazon brand agency. We manage and grow a portfolio of brands that sell on Amazon, and our clients are now expanding onto TikTok Shop. We also run our own dog-health brand, A Dog's Tale, which we've just launched on TikTok Shop UK. "A Dog's Tale" makes "Chewtrition" — a premium seaweed + probiotic dental powder for dogs that cleans teeth and freshens breath with no brushing, just a daily scoop on their food. You'll work directly on growing A Dog's Tale on TikTok, and over time help our agency clients expand onto TikTok too.

THE ROLE
We're looking for a TikTok Shop expert VA (part-time to start, ~20 hours/week) to run the day-to-day of our TikTok Shop affiliate/creator engine and Seller Centre operations. Ideally you've done this before — in an agency, or managing your own TikTok Shop clients — and you know the TikTok Shop Seller Centre and Affiliate Centre inside out.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Manage the TikTok Shop Affiliate Centre: find and invite creators, and vet them before approving free samples — checking post/fulfilment rate, engagement, whether they actually post videos with products, and whether they're tied to a competitor brand
Run the daily creator pipeline: approve/decline sample requests, send creators our content brief, track who has posted, and follow up
Monitor the creator-messages and customer-messages inboxes every day and reply professionally
Handle TikTok Shop Seller Centre admin: listings, compliance/qualification tasks, shipping templates, and order/sample fulfilment coordination
Source new dog-niche and pet creators and keep our creator list organised
Light reporting on what's working (which creators, which videos, which sales)
As we grow: help roll the same playbook out for our Amazon agency clients moving onto TikTok
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Proven TikTok Shop experience (agency or your own clients) — please tell us specifically what you've done
Confident in the TikTok Shop Seller Centre + Affiliate Centre
Excellent written English and professional, Western-style communication
Organised, proactive and reliable — you chase things down without being told
Bonus: experience with pet or supplement products, Amazon, creator outreach, or writing content briefs
LOGISTICS

Part-time, ~20 hours/week to start, with a clear path to full-time and pay rises as we scale
Long-term role — we want someone to grow with us, not a one-off gig
