Full Stack Developer (Rails, React, TypeScript) - US$12-13/hour - take-home first

Framesports turns rugby match footage into analysis, coaching feedback, player highlights and social media content. Coaches use it to review games and give players feedback. We work with teams from grassroots to international rugby. framesports.ai

We're hiring one full-time software developer to work directly with the core team. You'll help d ---------- what gets built, work out how to build it and take responsibility for getting it released. The work covers video tools, analysis dashboards, player feedback, integrations and the workflows behind highlight reels and match reports.

Our stack is Ruby on Rails, React, TypeScript and PostgreSQL. Rails experience is useful but not required. We use AI coding tools and expect you to understand, test and explain the code you deliver.

WHAT YOU NEED

• At least three years of professional software development experience.
• Features or projects you have owned end to end, and can explain the decisions you made.
• Comfortable across frontend, backend, APIs and databases.
• Clear written English and the habit of flagging problems early.

PAY AND HOURS

• US$12-13 per hour, paid on time for every hour worked.
• Full-time and remote. The commitment is 60 hours a week across seven days.
• This must be your only job. Any other job or client work must finish before you start.
