E-commerce Logistics & Order Fulfillment Coordinator

Hiring: E-commerce Logistics & Order Fulfillment Coordinator LONG TERM ROLE
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented person to manage order fulfillment, investigate shipping delays, and coordinate with suppliers and customers to resolve issues.
Your main responsibility is to find out why orders haven’t shipped, identify exactly what’s holding them up, and follow through until the issue is resolved.
Work Schedule
This job is 7 days a week, 8 hours a day. Sunday is a light working day.
Responsibilities
- Monitor unshipped and delayed orders: Review orders daily and determine the specific reason for each delay, such as stock shortages, missing customer information, address issues, or supplier processing problems.
- Communicate with suppliers: Follow up on pending orders, confirm inventory availability, request shipping updates, and get clear answers on when orders will ship.
- Contact customers: Collect missing information, confirm shipping details, and provide accurate updates when their order requires attention.
- Manage our Google Sheets tracker: Keep order numbers, delay reasons, supplier responses, customer communications, next steps, and resolution statuses organized and up to date.
- Resolve and escalate issues: Take action to get orders moving, follow up on unresolved cases, and flag recurring problems or urgent delays.
- Provide daily updates: Report which orders are still pending, why they are delayed, what action has been taken, and what still needs attention.

Requirements
Strong spoken and written English is a must. You must clearly understand customer and supplier messages, communicate professionally, and explain complicated situations accurately.
Strong critical thinking and independent problem-solving skills are non-negotiable. You need to understand the situation, identify the actual problem, recognize missing or conflicting information, ask the right questions, and determine the appropriate next steps. Simply forwarding messages, copying and pasting replies, or updating a spreadsheet without understanding the issue is not enough.
We will train you on our systems and processes, but training is not a substitute for sound judgment, initiative, or critical thinking. You must come into this role with the ability to think logically and work through problems not expect someone to explain every situation or tell you what to do at every step. You should also recognize when an issue needs clarification or escalation rather than guessing.
If you do not have these skills, please do not apply. We want to respect your time and ours.
Good Google Sheets skills, strong organization, consistent follow-up, and excellent attention to detail are essential. Experience with Shopify, e-commerce logistics, order fulfillment, or supplier coordination is preferred.
This is not just a spreadsheet-updating role. We need someone who takes ownership of fulfillment problems and follows them through to resolution.
