We are a fast-growing educational business focused on one of the most exciting technology trends: AI, humanoid robotics, and the investment opportunities around this industry.

We teach people how to understand and invest in the rapidly evolving humanoid robotics market.

We are looking for a creative, experienced short-form video editor who can turn raw robotics footage into scroll-stopping videos for:

Facebook Reels
TikTok
Instagram Reels
YouTube Shorts
Other short-form platforms

Our goal is to publish a high volume of videos that attract attention, spark curiosity, and grow our audience.

What We’re Looking For

We do NOT want someone who simply cuts footage, adds subtitles, and calls it finished.

We want an editor who understands why videos go viral: someone who can capture attention in the first 1-2 seconds, build curiosity and excitement, and keep viewers watching to the end.

You’ll work with footage of humanoid robots, futuristic technology, AI breakthroughs, and robotics companies, and turn it into highly engaging short-form content.

Your Responsibilities

1. Create Powerful Hooks

Grab attention within the first 1-2 seconds.
Use strong opening visuals, headlines, and sound effects.
Make viewers immediately curious about what happens next.
Suggest creative hooks and angles instead of only following instructions.

2. Turn Raw Footage Into Engaging Shorts

Transform raw robotics footage into captivating 15-60 second videos.
Select the most interesting moments and organize them into a compelling story.
Use dynamic cuts, zooms, motion graphics, and visual effects where appropriate.
Add high-quality animated subtitles and on-screen text.
Set a pace that keeps people watching instead of scrolling away.

3. Understand Viral Content

Stay on top of trends and content styles that perform well on TikTok, Facebook , Instagram, and YouTube.
Use curiosity, suspense, storytelling, and pattern interrupts.
Analyze reference videos and recreate the editing principles that make them work.
Suggest improvements to make our videos more engaging.

4. Produce Content Consistently

Edit multiple short-form videos per week.
Deliver on agreed deadlines.
Maintain quality even at high volume.
Create alternative hooks or opening sequences for testing when requested.
Deliver professional vertical 9:16 videos, ready to publish, with no watermarks.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant video editing experience, or a portfolio showing exceptional skill.
Strong experience creating TikToks, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
Excellent understanding of hooks, storytelling, pacing, and viewer retention.
Skilled in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or similar software.
Experience creating attention-grabbing captions, text animations, and motion graphics.
Good English, including the ability to write strong English-language hooks.
Ability to work independently and bring creative ideas.
Reliable communication and consistent turnaround times.
Strong attention to detail.

Bonus (not required):

Interest in technology, robotics, or investing.
Experience creating viral technology or educational videos.
Experience editing content that generates leads or sales.
Ability to suggest video concepts and opening headlines.
Compensation & Performance Bonus

Base pay: $5 USD per completed original short, based on editing complexity and demonstrated skill. We prefer per-video pay instead of hourly pay.

Performance bonus: For every video you edit, you earn an extra $1 for every 100,000 views on each platform, counted separately per platform.

Example: if one of your videos gets 100K views on YouTube, 100K on Instagram, and 100K on TikTok, that is a $3 bonus on top of your base pay. A video that reaches 300K views on TikTok alone earns a $3 bonus from TikTok.

Views are counted on each platform’s own analytics, 30 days after posting.
Bonuses are paid monthly, together with your base pay.

The bonus rewards videos that perform well, and it grows as we post more and our audience grows. Our goal is a long-term working relationship where we scale content production together.

Paid Test Project

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a paid test edit using footage we provide. We will evaluate creativity, storytelling, visual quality, pacing, communication, and turnaround time.
