Fully Remote | $4 USD Per Hour | Long-Term Position

We're looking for a FAST, PROACTIVE, HUNGRY and RESULTS-DRIVEN Instagram DM Setter to join our growing online fitness coaching business.

We have an Instagram audience of over 218,000 followers and an established team of setters and outbound specialists.

We're expanding our team and looking for someone who can confidently manage Instagram conversations, follow up with leads and turn potential clients into booked sales calls.

This is a sales-focused role, NOT a general VA position.

WORKING HOURS & PAY

• Monday to Friday
• 11pm–6am UK time
• 35 hours per week
• $4 USD per hour
• Fully remote
• Long-term opportunity

MANDATORY DAILY TEAM MEETING

You MUST also be available at 3pm Dubai time (UAE), Monday to Friday, for our daily team meeting.

This is a non-negotiable requirement, so please only apply if you can commit to both the nighttime working hours and daily meetings.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage incoming Instagram DMs and respond quickly to active conversations.
• Send follow-ups to existing leads and eligible contacts.
• Continue working through our existing outreach lists.
• Build genuine conversations with potential fitness coaching clients.
• Understand their goals, struggles, motivations and objections.
• Qualify leads and confidently offer sales calls.
• Book qualified appointments for our coaching team.
• Keep lead tags and tracking spreadsheets accurately updated.
• Complete daily KPI reports.
• Hand over active conversations to the morning team.

DAILY PERFORMANCE TARGETS

We have established systems, scripts and clear KPIs.

• 300 follow-ups per standard 7-hour shift, subject to eligible lead availability and Instagram messaging rules.
• Target 50 messages per dedicated outreach hour.
• Respond quickly to active conversations.
• Consistently offer and book qualified sales calls.
• Work towards monthly new-client acquisition goals.
• Maintain accurate lead tracking and reporting.

Your shift, your conversations and your responsibilities matter.

5. BE QUICK BUT ACCURATE

Speed is important, but so is attention to detail.

We expect quality conversations, accurate tracking and minimal missed opportunities.

6. BE COACHABLE

We provide scripts, systems, training and feedback.

We need someone who listens, implements feedback quickly and actively wants to improve.

7. BE RELIABLE AND CONSISTENT

We need someone we can trust to show up on time, attend daily meetings and perform without constant supervision.

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in Instagram DM setting or appointment setting.
• Excellent written English.
• Confident sales and communication skills.
• Experience handling objections and qualifying leads.
• Comfortable managing multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite and tracking spreadsheets.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable working setup.
• Ability to work independently during UK nighttime hours.
• Fitness or online coaching experience is a bonus.
