AI Video Editor, Short-Form, Faceless AI Content (Long-Term)

We make faceless short-form videos with AI avatars for a hair-care brand sold on Amazon. They post on TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels and YouTube Shorts. We're hiring several AI video editors long-term. If you're fast, consistent and take direction well, this is steady work.

This is not a cut-only editing job. You generate the video with AI tools and you edit it, start to finish. Every script comes with a reference video that already performed. You build our avatar's version of it.

What you'll do, on every video

1. Watch the reference video and read the script. Where the script doesn't say what goes on screen, work it out from the reference.
2. Reuse the avatar's scene images, or make new ones with AI image tools when the script needs them.
3. Generate the talking clips in Google Flow.
4. Edit the video in CapCut: tight pacing, no dead space, a strong first frame, clean captions and visuals that show what she says.
5. Check it for technical problems: gaps, cut-off words, glitches, captions, sound.
6. Check it against the script and the reference video, side by side.
7. Hand it off on our production sheet and in ---------- .

Videos run from about 30 seconds to 3 minutes. You apply feedback from one video to every video after it.

Quota and pay

• $300 to $600 a month, depending on quality and output, bonuses included. Training is paid from day one.
• All trainees start at $300, unless you have exceptional video quality already.
• Once you're trained: five accepted videos per day.
• A video counts only when it passes our quality check. A minor fix still counts. A full remake counts once, when the fixed version is accepted.
• You manage your own time, just make sure deliverables are on time. You can take a day off, but build the videos ahead of time so there's no gap. No skipping a day and catching up after.
• Bonus: $5 for every accepted video above your monthly target, up to $50 a month, plus performance bonuses.
• We pay for the AI generation software.
• Set your own hours. There are no fixed shifts. Deadlines are per video.
• Initial 30-day review.

You're a fit if you

• Have short-form editing experience in CapCut or similar, ideally talking-head videos.
• Have hands-on AI generation experience: Google Flow or Veo 3, Nano Banana, Grok or similar.
• Use AI tools outside of work, try new models, and watch content about AI.
• Catch the half-second gap, the wrong font and the misspelled word before anyone else does.
• Can hit deadlines daily without being chased.
• Communicate clearly and reply fast.
• Read English well enough to follow written step-by-step guides. You don't need to be a native speaker.
• Want long-term steady work, not one-off gigs.

Not for you if

• You can't take direct feedback, or you repeat the same mistake twice.
• You think "it's fine" is good enough.

Training

You get a full written onboarding with step-by-step guides and real examples of what gets sent back.

How to apply
