DM Appointment Setter - FItness & Performance Coaching Offer

The Limitless Project is a 6-month 1:1 performance coaching program for entrepreneurs, founders and high earners. We coach men who are winning in business and want their health, physique and energy to match. This is a premium offer, and our clients are sharp, busy and quick to spot a generic sales pitch.

We're building a small, elite team and want a setter who will grow with us for years, not months.

The role

You'll run our Instagram DMs. That means starting and continuing conversations with inbound and outbound leads, qualifying them, and booking strategy calls onto the calendar. You're the first real conversation a prospect has with our brand, so how you write matters a lot.

Day to day

• Start and keep up conversations with leads on Instagram (no copy-paste spam)
• Qualify prospects against our ideal client profile
• Book qualified calls in GoHighLevel and confirm them so they show up
• Follow up with leads who went quiet or didn't book
• Keep the CRM clean and up to date
• Submit an accurate end-of-day report every single day (conversations, follow-ups, calls booked, show rate)

Must-haves (non-negotiable)

• Fluent, natural written English. You need to sound like a person, not a script. We will test this.
• Proven DM setting experience for online coaching offers, ideally fitness, health or high-ticket coaching
• Experience talking with a sophisticated audience: business owners, coaches, sales pros, high performers
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) and Instagram DMs
• You're coachable. You take feedback, apply it quickly, and don't take it personally.
• You have goals of your own and want a high-performance environment where results are tracked and rewarded
• Organised, reliable and on time every day
• Stable internet, a backup connection or power source, and a quiet workspace
• Able to commit full-time. This is not a side gig alongside several other clients.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-ticket offers ($3k+)
• Interest in fitness, health or personal development
• Experience with call-show-rate systems and confirmation sequences
