About the Role:
We're hiring a reliable, detail-focused Virtual Assistant to handle quoting for our growing home services company in Canada. This is a full-time, long-term position.

Your priorities, in order:
1. Complete new customer quotes accurately, the same shift they come in
2. Handle quote questions and change requests (answer within 2 hours)
3. Help with general customer email s when quoting is caught up

Responsibilities:

• Measure rooflines with our in-house aerial measuring tool (similar to EagleView, training provided)
• Build and revise quotes in our quoting software
• Reply to customers by email
• Keep customer info and deals updated in HubSpot

Requirements:

• Excellent written English
• Fast, accurate, dependable, with strong attention to detail
• Experience with Outlook and a CRM (HubSpot a plus)
• Experience with EagleView, Nearmap or similar tools is a big plus
• Reliable high-speed internet and a backup power/internet plan

Hours and Pay:

• 8 hours/day, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Mountain Time (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM Philippine time)
• Occasional Saturdays during our busy season (October–November)
• $600–$800 USD/month depending on experience, paid monthly
• Paid Philippine holidays after 6 months
