Operations Manager - Training Solutions Provider
Confidential employer
About Us
We are a Philippine company with Austrian leadership, developing skilled workers for European employers through structured training programs. We run training programs in Butchering/Meat Processing, Welding, and Language Training, delivered together with our partner training centers.
The Role
We are looking for an Operations Manager who keeps our training operations running smoothly across multiple training centers and divisions across the Philippines. You will be the operational backbone of our programs — the person who makes sure trainers, trainees, materials, and schedules are always in the right place at the right time. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with our partner training center operators.
Your Responsibilities
Training center operations: Oversee day-to-day operations of our Butcher, Welder, and Language training programs across multiple partner training centers; monitor schedules, attendance, and training quality.
Team leadership: Lead and manage our Trainee Support team — the first point of contact for trainees during their program; ensure trainee concerns are resolved quickly and documented.
Partner communication: Serve as the primary operational contact for the staff of our training center operators; coordinate trainers, facilities, and program changes on a staff-to-staff level.
Procurement & inventory: Plan, request, and purchase training materials and consumables (welding consumables, meat processing supplies, personal protective equipment, training materials) — on time, within budget, and with proper documentation.
Batch & program coordination: Coordinate training batches from enrollment through completion, aligned with program timelines and partner requirements.
Reporting & SOPs: Maintain clear operational reporting to the CEO; document and improve standard operating procedures as we scale.
Cross-division support: Support operations across all divisions (Butcher, Welding, Language), including coordination with hiring and marketing activities for each division.
Your Profile
5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in education, training, manufacturing, or a multi-site environment
Proven leadership experience — you have led teams and made things happen through others
Strong procurement and vendor management skills
Excellent written and spoken English; confident communicating with international leadership
Highly organized, structured, and process-driven; comfortable documenting your work
Self-reliant problem solver who takes ownership
Comfortable with standard office and communication tools (email , spreadsheets, chat, reports)
Hands-on knowledge of welding or meat processing operations is a plus, not a requirement
What We Offer
A key role with direct impact on a growing international company
Full-time, long-term position with growth potential as we expand
Professional, structured working environment with clear responsibilities
