Full-Time Product & Competitor Research Assistant

I’m a 24-year-old founder from Amsterdam. I enjoy sports and building things, and I’m looking for my first long-term team member to grow this business with me.

You’ll research products and competitors, organize data, and uncover useful insights. This means thinking deeply, checking sources, spotting patterns, and suggesting ideas. I care more about the quality of your insights than how much you collect.

I’d rather hire a curious beginner who wants to learn than someone who simply finishes tasks. I want you to develop real expertise—eventually, I should be learning from you too.

Two of your eight paid working hours each day will be dedicated to developing your research skills. I’ll provide guidance and help when you’re stuck. If you’re unsure or think this sounds difficult, apply anyway. We’ll start with the basics.

What to expect:

• $600 USD/month · 40 hours/week, including study time.
• An exclusive role: this will be your only job, with agreed working hours.
• Requirement: you must speak English clearly enough for us to understand each other on calls. Perfect grammar or a particular accent isn’t necessary. You must also communicate clearly in writing.
• A long-term working relationship built on learning, honesty, and teamwork.
