We are a fast-growing eCommerce brand with operations in Australia, the UK and Europe, and we are now expanding to the United States. We provide customers with essential health products to aid them in managing challenging health conditions. We are very generous to our customers and genuinely care for them.

We are looking for a dedicated, experienced Customer Service representative who is compassionate, patient, friendly and experienced to join our happy team and support our growing US customer base.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent, clear English speaking ability (fluency in Spanish is highly desirable)
• Excellent phone manner and strong writing skills - we provide support over the phone, email , live chat, social media, etc
• Minimum two years of customer service experience, preferably in an eCommerce business
• Confidence and competency with using computers and multiple apps and moving quickly between screens and applications. Experience with Shopify and Gorgias will be well regarded
• Motivation and the ability to work independently / remotely, liaising with a global team via online tools
• Have a home office set up that provides a quiet and professional environment, with very good internet and power
• Be reliable and dedicated - you will be our interface with our customers in the USA.
