Reddit Account Farming & Maintenance | Accounts Provided | Per-Post Commission
Confidential employer
We are looking for an experienced Reddit account farming and maintenance specialist. You will prepare our accounts for genuine, rule-compliant participation in specified subreddits, then continue participating in account maintenance and approved posting work. Initial preparation is paid per completed, accepted account. Subsequent posting work uses a commission per successfully published and accepted post. We provide the accounts, systems and written requirements.
WHAT WE PROVIDE
- Reddit accounts and authorized access through our operating systems, browser environments and tools.
- The target subreddits for each account and category-specific instructions.
- A written brief covering the starting account status, required outcome, delivery deadline and evidence needed for acceptance.
You do not need to buy accounts, proxies or software. All accounts remain ours; this is not an account buying/selling role.
DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS
Assignments use a 7-10 day preparation window, with the exact requirements and deadline confirmed before each batch begins. Different categories and subreddits have different requirements. Each account is assigned one of these delivery levels:
1. Comment-ready: the account can successfully leave genuine, relevant comments in the assigned subreddits under their current rules.
2. Post-ready: the account can successfully publish permitted, relevant posts in the assigned subreddits under their current rules. Commenting eligibility alone does not meet this level.
We specify the required subreddits and delivery level in advance. There is no single universal karma target or account-age requirement for every category. Check the actual community requirements and flag any conflict with the brief or deadline before starting; do not bypass community restrictions.
ACCEPTANCE AND RECORDS
- Deliver the required outcome for the assigned account and subreddits, not just a higher karma count.
- Provide a concise activity log and relevant links or screenshots demonstrating commenting or posting eligibility. Any verification comment or post must follow our approved brief and the community rules.
- A submission button or content visible only to its author is not sufficient evidence of successful participation. Report removals, restrictions and other issues honestly.
- The account must be accessible and not banned at handover, and meet the agreed requirements for acceptance.
INITIAL ACCOUNT-PREPARATION PAYMENT AND BANNED ACCOUNTS
- Payment is per completed account that meets the agreed delivery requirements and passes acceptance. Rates are discussed privately and agreed before work starts.
- Initial account preparation is outcome-based, not hourly work. Comments and posts used to prepare or verify an account are part of that account-preparation task; ongoing posting commissions are a separate stage described below.
- If an account is banned during preparation or before acceptance, no payment is due for that account, including time already spent on it. We bear the loss of the supplied account: you do not reimburse us, pay an account-loss penalty or provide a free replacement.
- Report any ban or restriction promptly and stop work on that account pending our instructions.
ONGOING MAINTENANCE AND PER-POST COMMISSION
After initial account delivery, continued participation in account maintenance and approved posting work is part of this role; this is not a handover-only assignment.
- Maintain the assigned accounts during agreed posting batches: check status, follow the agreed community-participation plan, review subreddit rules and keep concise activity records. Report warnings, restrictions and removals promptly.
- Prepare posts from our supplied briefs or copy, make the agreed copy revisions for subreddit rules and feedback, and obtain any required approval before publishing.
- Ongoing posting work is paid through a commission for each successfully published and accepted post, separate from the initial account-preparation fee. Routine maintenance within each agreed posting batch is included in that batch's per-post arrangement. Rates are discussed privately and confirmed before work starts.
- Before each posting batch, we agree on the assigned accounts and subreddits, content requirements, maintenance duties, acceptance criteria and verification period, commission, and included revision/reposting limits. Standalone maintenance outside an agreed posting batch and changes in scope must be agreed separately; this is not an unlimited maintenance or revision obligation.
- A successful post must match the approved brief and community rules, be publicly visible in the designated subreddit, and meet the agreed acceptance criteria. Submit the post link and status record. At the agreed acceptance check, a failed submission, filtered/removed post or content visible only to its author does not qualify as an accepted post and does not earn a commission.
- Agreed copy corrections and permitted replacement posts for the same assigned post are included in that posting task. Edits, retries and replacements do not count as additional commissioned posts unless separately approved. The same task earns one commission when accepted. New briefs or work beyond the agreed limits require confirmation before proceeding.
- If a post is removed or an account is restricted, report it before taking further action. Revise or repost only with our approval and where community rules permit. Never repeatedly repost removed content or switch accounts to bypass moderator decisions, restrictions or bans.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least three years of hands-on Reddit experience, including personally managing multiple accounts and understanding subreddit commenting and posting requirements.
- Experience managing 20-30 accounts concurrently, with examples of your own work and long-term account management results.
- Ability to follow our supplied systems, keep sessions organized and maintain secure, authorized access.
- Strong English, relevant content judgment, reliable communication and accurate records.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Reddit-wide policies and the rules of assigned subreddits.
All participation must be genuine and compliant with Reddit and subreddit rules. No spam, coordinated voting, fabricated personal experiences, automated mass account creation or ban evasion. If our instructions conflict with a community rule, flag the issue rather than proceeding.
HOW TO APPLY
Start your application with REDDIT-OPS and briefly include:
1. Your Reddit experience, the maximum number of accounts you personally managed at once, and one real example with redacted evidence.
2. One subreddit example explaining how you check commenting eligibility and posting eligibility separately, including where you check the latest rules.
3. How you would approach a 7-10 day assignment using client-provided accounts and systems, and what you would record for acceptance.
4. Your availability, realistic batch capacity, and confirmation that you understand the initial per-accepted-account payment, banned-account terms, and subsequent per-post commission arrangement.
5. Briefly describe your experience with ongoing account maintenance, copy revisions and rule-compliant reposting after a removal.
Only share material you are authorized to show. Do not send passwords, verification codes or confidential client information.
