Remote Sales Caller & Job Coordinator (Australian Customers) - Base + Booking Bonus

We get lots of enquiries. We need a sharp, friendly caller and coordinator to turn them into bookings and keep jobs running smoothly.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Reply to new leads in our CRM (GoHighLevel: SMS, Facebook , website chat)
• Call every new lead within 5 minutes
• Call customers after their quote is sent and close the booking
• Coordinate with our movers: send them job details and schedules, confirm crews are on track
• Keep customers updated: delays, booking changes, reschedules, arrival times and any questions
• Use our scripts, pricing and templates - we train you

EASY SYSTEMS
Quote sending and follow-up messages are already automated with AI, so you don't write quotes or chase every follow-up by hand. Your focus is talking to people: calling, closing and coordinating.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 1+ year in sales or call-centre work (real estate, solar or telesales lead calling is a big plus)
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent that Australian customers understand easily
• Organised and calm when juggling customers and crews at the same time
• Fast, reliable internet, noise-cancelling headset, quiet workspace
• Availability in Melbourne time, including evenings and EVERY weekend (2 weekdays off) (Melbourne 9am-9pm = Manila 6am-6pm)
• NO current or past work in the removals/moving industry, and not working for any other moving company

PAY

• A$700/month base (full-time, 40 hrs/week, 5 days - Saturday and Sunday are compulsory as they are our busiest days; your 2 days off are weekdays set by us)
• PLUS a bonus for every confirmed booking: A$5 each for the first 80 bookings a month, then A$12 each for every booking above 80 - no cap
• Typical earnings A$1,300-1,700+/month
• Paid 2-week trial

Q4. Which hours can you work in Melbourne time (Mon-Sun)? Are you currently working for anyone else, and what hours?
Q5. A lead fills in our form at 9:47pm on a Saturday. Write the first SMS you'd send them (under 160 characters).
