Appointment Setter | Beauty and Aesthetic Clinics

Employment type: Full-time, around 30 hours per week Rate: AUD $6 to $10 per hour, depending on experience Location: Remote, working Australian business hours (AEST)

Media Waffle is an Australian agency that helps beauty and aesthetic clinics get more clients through Meta ads, CRM automation and follow-up. Our clients get a steady flow of enquiries. We need someone who can turn those enquiries into booked appointments.

We're looking for a friendly, confident appointment setter with excellent English who doesn't give up after one unanswered call.

What you'll be doing

• Calling and messaging new leads quickly after they enquire
• Following up leads consistently by phone, SMS, email and social DMs until they book or say no
• Booking qualified leads into our clients' clinic calendars
• Re-engaging leads who have gone quiet
• Answering basic questions about treatments and offers using the info provided by each clinic
• Keeping the CRM (GoHighLevel) up to date with notes, tags and pipeline stages
• Reporting each week on calls made, contact rate and bookings

What we're looking for

• Excellent spoken and written English, with a clear, warm phone manner
• Experience in appointment setting, inside sales, call centre or reception roles
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls and follow-ups every day
• Organised and reliable, with strong attention to detail in notes and records
• Able to handle objections politely without being pushy
• Reliable internet, a quiet work space and a good headset
• Available around 30 hours per week during Australian business hours

Bonus points

• Experience with GoHighLevel or a similar CRM
• Experience in beauty, aesthetics, health or wellness
• Experience working with Australian customers
