Rowell's Services, a growing home services company specializing in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, septic, and drain services, is looking for a talented and creative Video Editor & Social Media Content Creator to join our Marketing team.

We're looking for someone who can take our videos, photos, and raw footage and transform them into professional, entertaining, and on-brand content that makes our company stand out!

This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as our marketing needs expand.

What You'll Be Doing

• Create engaging, branded YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and TikTok videos.
• Edit short commercials and promotional videos for digital advertising and marketing campaigns.
• Turn raw footage from our technicians, employees, and job sites into polished, professional content.
• Add captions, music, graphics, transitions, logos, and other branded elements.
• Develop creative video concepts that capture attention and encourage engagement.
• Repurpose longer videos into multiple short-form clips for different platforms.
• Maintain consistent branding, messaging, and quality across all video content.
• Work closely with our marketing team to meet deadlines and support campaigns.
• Stay current with social media trends, editing techniques, and video marketing best practices.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent English is required — both written and spoken. Must communicate clearly and professionally.
• Proven experience editing short-form social media videos and promotional content.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
• Strong understanding of YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook , and TikTok.
• Ability to create visually appealing videos that grab attention within the first few seconds.
• Experience incorporating branding, logos, text overlays, captions, and music.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Reliable communication and responsiveness to feedback.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines while bringing fresh, creative ideas to the table.

Bonus Skills

• Experience creating commercials for home service businesses or similar industries.
• Motion graphics and animation experience.
• Adobe After Effects or Canva proficiency.
• Knowledge of video marketing strategies and social media engagement.
• Experience creating paid social media video advertisements.
• Ability to help develop content ideas and video scripts.
