Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records in QuickBooks Online.
• Categorize transactions and reconcile accounts.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare financial reports.
• Maintain organized financial records.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with QuickBooks Online and US bookkeeping.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Working Hours:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Eastern Time.
• One-hour lunch break.
• Must be available and actively working during these hours.
