WHAT IS THIS JOB? (READ THIS FIRST)

We are an education company. We sell a program that teaches people how to start online businesses. The program costs $5,000.

Our company makes $270,000 USD every month. We have too many people asking for help and not enough people to call them.

We need a "Dialer." Your job is to call these people on the phone. You are the engine. You call them fast. You make sure they are real. You help them buy our small $7 course if they cannot afford the big one.

• Experience: You do not need experience in this specific industry. You just need a proven history of being diligent (hard-working). • Fast & Punctual: You are always on time. You move fast. • Open To Learn: You listen to feedback and get better every day. • Tech: You have fast internet and a quiet room.

THE WORK CULTURE

We do not treat you like a baby.

We do not track your hours. We do not record your screen.

All we care about is: How fast did you call? And what happened on the call?

Every day you work is paid. If you need to take a leave, that is paid too. Everything is paid.

But it runs both ways. If you take excessive leaves for no real reason and become unreliable, we cannot keep working with you. We treat you like an adult. Act like one.

THE SCHEDULE

6:00 AM to 3:00 PM GMT+8.

This is non-negotiable. This is when our customers pick up the phone.

WHAT YOU WILL DO (THE DAILY WORK)

• Call Fast: When a new person signs up, you call them within 5 minutes. • Call A Lot: You will dial the phone 100 to 300 times a day. Most calls are short. • Sell The Small Stuff: If someone cannot afford $5,000, you sell them our $7 course. You do not let them leave with nothing. • Check In: You call students on Day 3 and Day 6 of their course to see if they are doing the work.

THE RULES (NO EXCUSES)

• Speed Rule: You call new leads within 5 minutes. We track this automatically. • Note Rule: You write a note in the computer (CRM) for every call. If you do not write it, you do not get paid.

THE MONEY

Base Pay: $1,200 USD per month. This is guaranteed if you do the work.

Bonuses: We have many bonuses for hitting targets, and you can earn them every single day. The harder you work, the more you make.

Our current dialer earned $2,200 USD last month. She started at $1,200 base — the bonuses stacked because she put in the work.
