Operations Assistant (Amazon / Affiliate / insurance)

Overview

You’ll be working with a small team on a variety of tasks across a few companies in different industries. This is not a repetitive role where you do the same thing every day. You’ll support an Amazon store selling superfoods, a direct-response vision supplement brand, and an insurance agency. If you’re looking to focus on just one area (for example, designing creatives), this isn’t the right fit.
This is a low-volume, multi-task role focused on customer support, vendor coordination, inventory, basic reporting, and light marketing assistance. Ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable switching between administrative, operational, and light creative tasks.
Key Responsibilities

-Handle a small volume of customer service inquiries (email s, phone calls, returns, and order assistance) — approximately 10–15 responses per week
-Coordinate and communicate with affiliate platforms and vendors (e.g., ClickBank, BuyGoods, DigiStore24) as needed
-Monitor, track, and manage affiliate commissions and related invoices
-Prepare basic weekly reports (email performance and Cost of Goods Sold / COGS)
-Manage inventory tracking, ordering, and coordination with suppliers, 3PLs, and Amazon
-Support social media efforts through research, content ideas, and occasional posting/outreach
-Complete relevant insurance or compliance training courses when required

Requirements

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear written and verbal English communication
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple small tasks
Basic proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and email

This will start as part time and as you grow into the position may turn into full time.
