Phone-Based Relationship Manager / Cold Caller (US Healthcare) - Part-Time to Full-Time

About us: Suru Physical Therapy is a US home-health physical and occupational therapy company in Southern California. We work closely with doctors' offices, who sign our patients' plans of care and refer new patients to us.

The role: This is a phone-first job. You'll call doctors' offices to follow up on unsigned plans of care, check in with offices every month, and cold call practices to build relationships that turn into referrals. You'll log every call and its outcome in our CRM, and you'll work from a daily task list that's already built for you.

Schedule: Starts at 3 hours a day, Monday to Friday, during US Pacific business hours (between 8 AM and 5 PM PT). Moves to full-time if it's a good fit.

What we're looking for:

• Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident, friendly phone manner
• Experience with cold calling, B2B sales, or appointment setting
• US healthcare experience is a big plus, especially medical offices, home health, or PT
• Comfort talking to front-desk staff and getting past gatekeepers
• Organized and reliable about logging calls and following up
• A quiet workspace, a good headset, and a stable internet connection

Pay: $10 an hour, with raises for good results.
