About Us
We’re a growing group of real estate companies based in Lee’s Summit, MO. Our businesses cover home buying, wholesaling, flips, new construction, and long term and short term rentals. We close 60 to 70 deals a year across multiple entities. We need a very experienced High Level bookkeeper to keep it all clean, current, and accurate. THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL POSITION.

The Role
This is a contract position of about 10 hours per week, fully remote. You set your own schedule. We care about results: books that are reconciled, on time, and ready for our CPA.

What You’ll Handle

Maintain the books for multiple entities in QuickBooks Online
Categorize transactions and reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly
Close each month by the 15th with a P&L and balance sheet for every entity
Track deal level income and costs on flips, wholesales, and builds
Track construction draws and job costs for new builds
Manage rental income and expenses by property
Record intercompany transactions between entities correctly
Run Profit First allocations
Process vendor bills and subcontractor payments
Collect W-9s and prepare 1099s at year end
Work with our CPA on tax prep and year end adjustments
Flag anything that looks off before it becomes a problem

What You Bring

5+ years of bookkeeping experience
Expert level QuickBooks Online skills
Experience managing books for multiple entities at once
Real estate, construction, or property management bookkeeping experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with Profit First is a plus
Comfortable with tools like Uncat, Keeper, Dext, or similar
Organized, detail driven, and able to work without supervision
Clear communicator who asks questions instead of guessing
