Communications & Client Success Specialist (Night Shift, AI-Savvy)

We’re a fast-growing US media company producing award-nominated video podcasts. We work with major consumer brands, partners and clients, and every email we send is a chance to build a relationship.

The role
You’ll be the voice of our company over email . You’ll keep partners and clients happy, handle support, and write creative, well-researched outreach to senior executives at large brands. This suits someone who is warm, sharp, highly organized and an exceptional writer.

Schedule: Night shift, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM Philippine time (US Pacific business hours). This is non-negotiable.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing email communication with partners and clients: follow-ups, scheduling, updates
• Client success, keeping relationships healthy and proactive
• Customer support, with fast, friendly, accurate replies
• Researching executives and drafting creative, personalized outreach
• Using AI and other tools daily to work faster and smarter

Must-haves:

• Exceptional written English: natural, warm, concise and professional
• Creative, with fresh ideas and not just templates
• Highly responsive, punctual and reliable. We need to count on you every shift.
• A strong multitasker who can juggle many threads without dropping any
• Experience in client success, account management or customer support
• Daily, skilled use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity or similar)

Big pluses:

• Very tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools

A strong grasp of US culture, tone and business norms

Rate: $500-$2,000 (depending on hours and ability)
