Video Editor & Social Media VA (AI Video + TikTok) – Part-Time

I publish books and market them through short-form video on TikTok, Facebook , Instagram, and YouTube. I'm looking for a reliable, detail-oriented assistant to take my finished scripts and turn them into polished, scheduled videos. I provide everything: scripts, character setup, B-roll, and step-by-step instructions. Your job is to execute production and posting consistently and accurately.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Generate AI avatar video clips using provided character references and scripts
• Edit and assemble videos in CapCut, combining hooks, B-roll, and call-to-action segments per a provided assembly plan
• Add trending or appropriate audio to each video
• Follow a strict file-naming and organization system in a shared Google Drive
• Schedule and post content across TikTok, Facebook , Instagram, and YouTube, batched about a month at a time
• Submit finished batches for my approval before scheduling
• Keep a tracking sheet updated with what's been produced, scheduled, and posted

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Experience with AI video or avatar generation tools (I'll train you on my specific setup) (I am currently using Higgsfield)
• Proficiency with CapCut for short-form video editing
• Comfortable posting and scheduling across TikTok, Facebook , Instagram, and YouTube (posting some directly through the sites and some using Blotato (I can teach/insrtuct on this)
• Strong short-form video instincts: pacing, captions, cuts, audio sync
• Knowledge of trending TikTok audio
• Excellent written English and attention to detail
• Organized and reliable with batch scheduling

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with other AI image/video generation tools

HOURS
Part-time, roughly 15–20 hours per week, with room to grow as I expand to marketing multiple books. Work is batched, so meeting deadlines matters more than fixed daily hours.

PAID TRIAL PROJECT
Promising candidates will be invited to complete a short paid trial: detailed instructions and all assets to produce sample videos. You'll be paid a flat fee for your time.
