Architect / Architectural Designer Needed ASAP – Master Bedroom & Bathroom Renovation

We’re looking for an architect or architectural designer with interior design experience to help convert an existing room into a master bedroom and bathroom.

The space has already been demolished. We can provide measurements, photos of its current condition, and our requirements.

Design expertise required: You should also have interior design experience and be able to suggest practical, attractive layouts, not just draft plans. Recommendations should consider existing plumbing and electrical locations, renovation costs, and how to make the best use of the space while balancing budget, function, and design.

Scope of work:

• Recommend suitable layouts and explain the design choices
• Consider existing plumbing and electrical locations to minimize unnecessary relocation costs
• Suggest placement of bathroom fixtures, furniture, lighting, and storage
• Prepare a dimensioned floor plan showing walls, doors, windows, and fixtures
• Revise the design based on feedback
• Deliver PDF drawings and editable source files

Requirements:

• Experience with residential renovations, particularly bedrooms and bathrooms
• Interior design experience or demonstrated expertise in space planning
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software
• Ability to make creative, practical, and budget-conscious recommendations
• Experience with US residential projects preferred
• Available to start immediately

Deadline: We need an initial proposed layout before our contractor’s visit on Tuesday, October 20, 2026.
