About Us

We are looking for an experienced KYC/KYB Onboarding Team Lead to manage the day-to-day onboarding process and support a team of analysts.

This role is ideal for someone with strong KYC/KYB knowledge who can review complex cases, make risk-based decisions, and help improve team quality and turnaround times.

Responsibilities
Manage daily KYC/KYB onboarding activities, case allocation, and workflow
Review onboarding files and ensure proper risk assessment, CDD/EDD, SOF/SOW, and screening
Oversee beneficial ownership checks, including complex company structures
Act as the first point of escalation for difficult or unclear cases
Coach and support analysts in making sound risk-based decisions
Ensure files meet quality standards before submission to banking partners
Keep the team aligned with current policies and SOPs
Support training and onboarding of new team members
Maintain accurate case tracking and provide updates to the Head of Compliance

Requirements
3+ years of experience as a KYC/KYB Team Lead, Senior Analyst, or Supervisor
Background in fintech, banking, crypto, payments, or financial services
Strong knowledge of: KYC/KYB and CDD and EDD
Source of Funds and Source of Wealth
Beneficial ownership and UBO checks
Sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening
Experience mentoring or managing analysts
Strong attention to detail and good risk judgment
Confident handling complex cases and knowing when to escalate
Strong written communication skills
Experience with KYC platforms such as Sumsub or similar tools
