WordPress Content VA Needed For Recipe Website - Canva Pins Included

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help create and publish content for a growing food and recipe website.

This is a hands-on content production role for someone who enjoys writing, working with WordPress, designing Pinterest pins, and following clear instructions.

You will receive keywords, images, article guidelines, and structured workflows. Your responsibility is to produce accurate, well-written, properly formatted content efficiently and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit recipe blog posts using provided recipes, keywords, images, and guidelines.
• Upload and format articles in WordPress, including headings, images, links, and spacing.
• Create approximately 10 Pinterest pins per article using Canva.
• Track completed tasks and progress in Trello.
• Follow established workflows and meet agreed deadlines.
• Review your own work carefully before submitting it.

Requirements

• Strong English writing, grammar, and editing skills.
• Experience writing or editing blog content.
• Experience uploading and formatting posts in WordPress.
• Good Canva design skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable communication and consistent availability.
• Ability to work independently and solve basic problems.
• Basic understanding of Pinterest is a plus.

**Important: We value genuine writing and editing skills. AI tools may be used for limited assistance, but we are not looking for someone who relies on AI to generate entire articles. You must be comfortable writing, editing, fact-checking, and improving content using your own judgment.

Work Schedule & Payment

• Schedule: Part-time, approximately 4–5 hours per day
• Work: Ongoing, with the potential for a long-term position

Our goal is to develop an efficient workflow for producing approximately 1–2 recipe articles per day, along with Pinterest designs. Productivity expectations will depend on article length, complexity, and the training provided.
