U.S. Payroll Client Support Specialist
Schedule: Full-time, US business hours (EST)

We're hiring an experienced payroll professional to support our US-based clients.

This is a customer-facing role, not simply a payroll-processing position. You will help clients use their payroll software, answer questions, troubleshoot issues, provide training, and guide new clients through onboarding.

What You’ll Do

• Assist payroll clients by phone, email , and Zoom.
• Help clients navigate iSolved and resolve software issues.
• Answer payroll-related questions clearly and patiently.
• Train and onboard new clients.
• Document concerns, solutions, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with our US-based payroll and accounting teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with US payroll is required
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Confidence speaking directly with US-based clients.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable internet and a professional remote workspace.
• Availability during U.S. business hours.

Experience working for a payroll provider supporting multiple client accounts is strongly preferred. Candidates with solid in-house US payroll experience are also encouraged to apply.

Experience with iSolved is highly preferred. Familiarity with QuickBooks or Xero is a bonus.
