Full-Time Social Media Manager (Short-Form Video & AI Tools)

We’re looking for a reliable and creative Social Media Manager to help manage and grow our brand on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook , and YouTube. We need someone who is comfortable creating content, editing short-form videos, following existing brand guidelines, and keeping up with current social media trends.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook , and YouTube
• Edit Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts using CapCut or similar tools
• Follow our existing brand style and guidelines when creating content
• Use AI video tools such as Higgsfield or similar platforms to create trending content and incorporate AI-assisted elements into Reels
• Use ChatGPT and Claude for content ideas, scripts, captions, research, and other content tasks
• Help develop short-form video ideas and scripts
• Maintain our content calendar and posting schedule
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements
• Stay updated on social media trends and formats

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Social Media Manager
• Strong short-form video editing skills
• Experience with CapCut or similar video editing tools
• Comfortable using AI video tools such as Higgsfield or similar platforms
• Comfortable using ChatGPT and Claude
• Creative, organized, and able to work independently
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
• Able to meet deadlines and maintain a consistent posting schedule

Bonus: Experience with Metricool, SocialPilot, construction, real estate, or home improvement.
