We are a boutique recruitment partner for eCom & DTC brands and agencies building exceptional remote teams.

We're looking for a sharp, resourceful, and results-driven eCom Recruitment Specialist who knows how to find exceptional talent — especially the candidates who aren't actively looking for their next opportunity.

This is not a role for someone who simply posts jobs, screens resumes, and waits for applications.

We need a recruiter who can proactively headhunt, assess talent beyond what's written on a CV, understand what makes someone successful in an eCommerce business and confidently recommend candidates to our clients.

You'll take ownership of multiple recruitment searches, build strong candidate pipelines, and help us consistently deliver high-quality shortlists to fast-growing brands.

What You'll Do

• Manage assigned searches from role intake, sourcing strategy, headhunting, screening, and candidate assessment through shortlisting, interview coordination, and successful placement.
• Proactively identify and engage high-caliber candidates through LinkedIn, professional communities, industry networks, referrals, talent databases, and creative sourcing channels.
• Build pipelines for positions across performance marketing, creative strategy, operations, supply chain, customer experience, and leadership.
• Conduct structured interviews, evaluate relevant industry experience, validate accomplishments, and identify candidates who can genuinely perform at the level our clients expect.
• Continuously expand, organize, and nurture our candidate database, maintain accurate recruitment records, and contribute to improving our recruitment systems and processes.

Who We're Looking For

• Hands-on recruitment experience, ideally within eCommerce, DTC, digital marketing, or fast-growing remote businesses.
• Understand the roles, functions, terminology, and performance expectations within DTC and eCommerce organizations.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, talent communities, and outbound outreach to identify hard-to-find candidates.
• Able to distinguish impressive resumes from genuinely high-performing professionals through thoughtful, evidence-based screening.
• Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple searches while maintaining strong communication, accurate tracking, and fast turnaround times.

• You've successfully recruited for eCom brands or agencies supporting them
• You've recruited for specialized roles in the space
• You have a proven track record of placing passive candidates through proactive headhunting
• You're comfortable using AI tools to accelerate sourcing, research, screening preparation, and recruitment workflows without compromising quality
• You've worked in a recruitment agency or managed multiple client searches simultaneously

• Consistently deliver qualified, well-assessed candidates within agreed recruitment timelines.
• Build strong pipelines through proactive sourcing rather than relying exclusively on inbound applications.
• Maintain high standards for candidate screening, recommendations, and client submissions.
• Keep recruitment trackers, candidate communications, and pipeline updates accurate and timely.
• Contribute to improved shortlist quality, interview conversion rates, and successful placements.
