We're looking for experienced CDL recruiters who are actively working in driver recruitment and speaking with U.S. truck drivers daily.

HOW IT WORKS:

You already speak with drivers who may not qualify for your current openings or aren't interested in your available positions.

Instead of letting those leads go to waste, submit them to us and get paid!

PAYMENT STRUCTURE:

• $1 per Company Driver / Lease-to-Purchase lead
• $2 per Owner-Operator lead
• No minimum or maximum lead volume
• Monthly payouts

REQUIREMENTS

• **MUST currently be working as a CDL Driver Recruiter - if don't fulfill this requirement, don't apply.
• Must actively communicate with CDL-A drivers.
• Must have access to driver leads from your own recruiting activity.
• Must submit leads that meet our qualification criteria.
