We require an immediate, highly qualified Facebook Consultant to guide us through a 2-Phase troubleshooting and growth recovery process via live video screen-share.

• Join a live screen-share call (Zoom / Google Meet) to guide the owner through Meta Verified web setup ($11.99/mo tier).
• Draft and submit a precise escalation ticket to Meta Live Chat Support to manually revert the group name back to "Best of Delray Beach" and bypass the standard 28-day delay lock.

🚀 Phase 2: Growth Recovery & Referral Seeding Strategy
Once reverted, establish a 30-day tactical execution plan to restore member referral traffic back to 250–300 new members monthly:

• Member Referral Loops: Configure native "Invite" prompts and design welcome post templates tagging new members to invite local contacts.
• Local SEO & Search Indexing: Re-optimize group description, location tags, and topic tags to rank #1 in Facebook Search for local keywords.
