Residential Cleaning Sales & Booking Specialist (GoHighLevel Experience Required)

WE ARE HIRING IMMEDIATELY – EXPERIENCED CLEANING SALES VA

Simply Home Cleaning is a growing residential cleaning company in Michigan, USA. We're looking for an experienced, confident, and highly fluent English-speaking Virtual Assistant to manage inbound leads, provide cleaning quotes, follow up with customers, and CLOSE BOOKINGS.

This is a SALES position, not a general administrative VA position.

Your Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, texts, and customer inquiries.
• Quote residential cleaning jobs based on home size, bedrooms, bathrooms, and cleaning requirements.
• Understand standard, deep, move-in/out, and recurring cleaning services.
• Handle pricing objections confidently and close bookings.
• Follow up with leads who haven't booked.
• Upsell recurring cleaning services and add-ons.
• Manage GoHighLevel conversations, opportunities, pipelines, and automations.
• Schedule appointments and maintain accurate customer records.
• Communicate naturally and professionally with US customers.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience with a US residential cleaning company or cleaning booking service.
• Excellent, fluent spoken English with a clear, natural, easily understood accent.
• Strong inbound sales experience and proven ability to close customers over the phone.
• Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Ability to provide cleaning quotes independently.
• Comfortable handling objections and asking for the sale.
• Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and availability during US Eastern Time business hours.

Experience with Launch27, BookingKoala, or similar cleaning scheduling software is a plus.

Compensation: $2.50–$4.00 USD/hour, depending on experience.

Hours: 40 hours/week, US Eastern Time.
