We're Hiring: Paid Ads Specialist (E-Commerce)

Location: Philippines | Remote

We're a growing e-commerce brand with a strong presence on TikTok, and we're looking for a talented Paid Ads Specialist to help us grow across multiple advertising platforms.

We create lots of video content, work with influencers, organize brand trips, and love testing new ideas. We're looking for someone who enjoys creative testing, understands advertising data, and knows how to turn great content into successful campaigns.

What You'll Be Working On

• TikTok Ads: Testing videos, finding winning creatives, and scaling successful campaigns.
• Google Shopping Ads: Managing and optimizing Google Shopping campaigns.
• Snapchat Ads: Creating, testing, and improving ad campaigns.
• Pinterest Ads: Running campaigns and exploring new opportunities for growth.
• Creative Testing: Testing different videos, hooks, audiences, and ad strategies.
• Performance Tracking: Monitoring ROAS, CPA, conversions, and ad spend.
• Scaling: Helping us increase sales while keeping advertising profitable.

What We're Looking For

• experience running paid advertising campaigns.
• Experience working with e-commerce brands.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok Ads and Google Shopping Ads.
• Experience with Snapchat Ads and Pinterest Ads is highly valued.
• Comfortable analyzing campaign results and making improvements.
• Creative mindset and excitement about testing lots of video content.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Someone motivated to grow alongside our brand.
