Property Sourcing Specialist (Remote, U.S. Night Shift) | Temporary Housing for Insurance Claims

Relocation Match sources and coordinates temporary housing for families displaced by insurance claims across multiple U.S. states. We’re hiring a full-time Property Sourcing Specialist to join our remote team.

A typical day looks like this:

• Review housing requests (location, family size, pets, budget, length of stay)
• Call and email property managers and owners to confirm availability, rates, pet policies, and lease terms
• Find furnished, partially furnished, and unfurnished rentals through calls, email s, and listing platforms
• Put together clear property submissions (photos, pricing, fees) for insurance adjusters
• Negotiate rates, then coordinate holds, applications, and move-in details
• Keep accurate case notes in our CRM and ---------- boards

You might be a great fit if you:

• Have 1 to 3 years in sales, real estate, property management, hospitality, relocation, or insurance claims support
• Are confident on the phone and comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups
• Negotiate well (sales or real estate VA experience is a big plus)
• Write and speak clear, professional English
• Know how to research (skip tracing, property comping, rate comparison)
• Stay organized and calm when a case is urgent
• Have reliable internet and a quiet workspace

Details:

Pay: $4 to $5/hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM Pacific Time (midnight Philippine time)
Exclusive role: Concurrent work with another client is not permitted
