A friendly home cleaning company in Arizona is looking for someone to help grow our brand and bring in new leads.
We are unsure if this is a role of one person or if need a social media person first. Let us know what all you can do and our options!

What we need: (The job)

• Help shape our brand so our social media feels premium (but not luxury), warm, and inviting
• Create eye-catching, engaging posts, like fun cleaning facts, commonly missed spots, quick cleaning tips, before-and-after photos, carousels, and funny, relatable content
• Plan and schedule our content
• Spend time daily on Facebook and other platforms following, commenting, and interacting with posts and potential cleaning leads
• Send friendly cold messages each morning to local realtors
• Keep track of all marketing leads so nothing slips through the cracks

You'll focus on bringing leads from social media, and we will handle the phone calls and client intake from there.

What we're looking for

• A creative eye for content that stops the scroll
• Original, thoughtful work. AI can assist you, but we're not looking for lazy and obvious AI-generated posts.
• A warm, friendly voice. Our whole culture is caring, so we want you to come across like a best friend in the comment section.
