ABOUT US
Grizzly Multimedia is a veteran owned real estate media company in Middle Tennessee. We create photography, cinematic video, aerial drone, 3D tours, floor plans, and branding content for real estate agents, builders, and interior designers. We call them our collaborators.

We are hiring our first virtual assistant. You will start with social media outreach and grow into quality control and media delivery as you learn how we work.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Your starting focus is Instagram outreach, using a structured process we will train you on, including our messaging and brand voice.

• Find agents, builders, and designers in Middle Tennessee who are a good fit for our work.
• Engage with their content and send personalized messages that follow our process.
• Track every conversation, reply, and follow up accurately.
• Flag interested prospects and questions to Josh promptly.

As you are trained, your role will expand to quality control and delivery:

• Review edited photos, video, Zillow 3D tours, and floor plans against our checklists.
• Catch missing files, wrong addresses, and inconsistencies before a collaborator ever sees them.
• Help prepare and deliver completed orders.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Comfortable using Instagram and other social platforms.
• Clear, warm written English. You sound like a person, not a template.
• Careful with details and good at following a process exactly.
• Asks thoughtful questions and raises problems early.
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable learning new tools.
• A reliable computer, stable internet, and a backup plan for outages.

Experience with real estate, client outreach, Spiro, or media quality control is helpful but not required.

HOURS AND PAY

• Starting schedule: 2 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
• Working window: 7:00 to 9:00 AM Central Time (US).
• Growth: capacity to increase to up to 4 hours per day as you are trained and the business grows. Any increase will be discussed and agreed first.
• Pay: US$4 per hour during training and the 30 day trial, rising to US$5 per hour once the trial is complete. Paid biweekly on Fridays via Wise.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Clear training, written processes, and direct access to the owner. We are building systems meant to last, and we want someone who wants to grow with them.
