Vice President (Remote + Travel) – Leadership Track

• Build dashboards, KPI reports, and operational controls
• Create SOPs and scalable systems
• Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions
• Work directly with ownership on strategic and operational priorities, teams, etc…

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and make decisions
• Experience with international businesses is a major advantage

• Daily work is managed through ClickUp/ Claude +ERP and Shopify
• All tasks, updates, deadlines, and reporting must be maintained inside ClickUp
• Strong follow-up and organizational discipline are essential
• Experience with open AI is very preferred
